Product features:
1. Wide range of output torque. We have a total of 10 different sizes (specifications) of actuators to choose from.
2. The output torque range at a source pressure of 5 Bar is from 15Nm to 3815Nm.
The ANS-300 stainless steel actuator has an output torque of 3815Nm.

The main components and accessories of the ANS series actuator are made of stainless steel. The valve body and end cap are made of investment cast stainless steel.
CF8 (304) and CF8M (316) are available for selection. Gears and fasteners are made of 304 or 316 as needed.
3. The nearly 20 years of usage experience have proven that this stainless steel pneumatic material has excellent corrosion resistance to the vast majority of corrosive chemicals (such as acids and bases) as well as corrosive industrial environments such as oceans, oil and gas platforms, pharmaceuticals, and food.
4. The nickel phosphorus alloy and high-precision integrated drive shaft comply with NAMUR and ISO5211/DIN3337 standards.
5. Sizes and stainless steel materials can be customized according to customer requirements. Compliant with Namur and ISO5211 installation standards.
6. The ANS series stainless steel pneumatic actuator is suitable for Namur installation of solenoid valves, limit switches, and positioners, and provides ISO5211 combination installation gaskets that can be directly installed on quarter turn valves
