According to NAMUR international standards, CVB is a tube connected solenoid valve and CMNB is a plate connected solenoid valve. It can directly control single acting and double acting pneumatic actuators and is equipped with a safe and reliable manual device. It is a truly multifunctional solenoid valve. Due to their unique gas path structure, all breathing holes on the CVB and CMNB electromagnetic valve bodies are connected to the exhaust holes, and there are no breathing holes on the surface of the valve body that are connected to the atmosphere. This can effectively prevent external liquids, dust, and impurities from entering the valve body, making it particularly suitable for use outdoors or in work environments with severe dust pollution.

3. Before installation, it should be confirmed that the circuit and air circuit connections are normal, and all connections should be carefully checked for tightness to avoid air leakage or short circuit.
4. During installation and maintenance, please make sure to turn off the supply gas source and manually control the pressure relief to eliminate residual gas;
Before installation, please ensure that the working environment is suitable for installing this solenoid valve. Please refer to the main parameters mentioned above for confirmation.
Before operation, please ensure that you have correctly connected all wires to the terminal block. In addition, we strongly recommend that you trace and review the air circuit and other accessories to avoid unnecessary malfunctions or damage.
8. During installation and maintenance, it is necessary to comply with relevant technical standards and specifications set by the state and on-site regulations.
9. The selection of cable entry devices must comply with the requirements of GB/T3836.15-2017. When installing the entry devices, corresponding explosion-proof cable entry devices that have obtained CCC certificates or explosion-proof certificates should be equipped.
10. Before connecting the power cord, please confirm the correctness of the connection (do not distinguish between positive and negative poles, pay special attention to the distinction between the power cord and the grounding wire), and ensure that all screws are tightened.
