3. Before installation, confirm that the circuit and gas circuit are connected normally, and carefully check whether all connections are tightened to avoid air leakage or short circuit.
4. During installation and maintenance, be sure to turn off the supply gas source, and control the pressure relief by manual switch to remove the residual gas;
5. Before installation, please make sure that the working environment is suitable for the installation of this solenoid valve. Please refer to the main parameters above for confirmation.
6. Before operating, make sure you have properly connected all the wires to the terminal blocks. In addition, we strongly recommend that you trace and review the gas circuits and other accessories to avoid unnecessary failures or damage.
8. In the process of installation and maintenance, the relevant technical standards and specifications stipulated by the state and the site shall be observed.
9. The selection of the cable entry device must meet the requirements of GB/T3836.15-2017, and the installation of the cable entry device should be equipped with the explosion-proof cable entry device that has obtained the corresponding CCC certificate or explosion-proof certificate.
10. Before connecting the power cable, please confirm the correctness of the connection (do not need to distinguish between the positive and negative poles, pay special attention to the distinction between the power cord and the ground wire), and make sure that all screws have been tightened. -
