This product is all stainless steel products (stainless steel includes valve body, valve stem, manual button, pilot head, pilot seat, M5 * 27 screw)

I. Installation method
1. Before installing the solenoid valve, check whether the model and specifications of the solenoid valve meet the requirements.
2. Before installing the solenoid valve, check whether the valve body and the connection port of the pipeline have impurities or damage. If so, clean or replace it in time.
3. The solenoid valve should be installed in a dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.
4. Before installing the solenoid valve, check whether the power supply meets the requirements to ensure that the power supply voltage and frequency are consistent with the requirements on the solenoid valve label.
5. Before installation, please check the parameters on the solenoid valve label to see whether they are in line with the current working conditions, such as the actual voltage, pressure, medium temperature, etc
6: The best way to install the solenoid valve is to keep the coil up, keep the vertical position, and the valve body is balanced;
II. Use
1. Before using the solenoid valve, check whether the power supply is normal and whether the solenoid valve is energized.
2. During use, attention should be paid to the opening and closing speed of the valve to ensure the smooth operation of the valve.
3. Before using the solenoid valve, check whether the temperature and pressure of the medium conform to the rated parameters of the solenoid valve to avoid exceeding the bearing range of the solenoid valve.
4. Before using the solenoid valve, the valve and valve body should be checked for impurities or damage, if so, it should be cleaned or replaced in time.
