1. First, check whether the solenoid valve is consistent with the selected parameters, such as power supply voltage, medium pressure, pressure difference, etc. Especially for the power supply, if it is wrong, it will burn out the coil.
2. Before taking over, the pipeline should be flushed to remove metal powder, residual sealing materials, rust, and other debris from the pipeline. Attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the medium. If the medium is mixed with dust, impurities, etc. that hinder the normal operation of the solenoid valve, a filter or mesh should be installed in the pipeline.
3. Angle seat valves are generally directional and cannot be installed in reverse. They are usually installed on the valve body in the direction indicated by → to indicate the flow direction of the medium. When installing, follow the direction indicated by →. However, it can be reversed in vacuum pipelines or special circumstances.
4. The electromagnetic coil components of the angle seat valve should be installed vertically upward in a pipeline that is level with the ground. If it is necessary to install it sideways due to space limitations or working conditions, it should be mentioned during the selection and ordering process. Otherwise, it may cause the solenoid valve to malfunction.
5. Manual shut-off valves should be added before and after the angle seat valve, and a bypass should be installed to facilitate maintenance of the solenoid valve in case of malfunction.
6. If the medium may cause water hammer, then an electromagnetic valve with anti water hammer function should be selected or corresponding preventive measures should be taken.
7. The inlet side of the angle seat valve should be equipped with a drain valve, and the connecting pipe at this location should be inclined.
8. Try not to keep the angle seat valve powered on for a long time, as this may reduce the service life of the coil or even burn it out. At the same time, normally open and normally closed solenoid valves are not interchangeable.
