Product Introduction
FRC triplet has a combination of LFR filter pressure relief valve and LOE oil mist device. These components can be ordered separately. The water separation filter can filter liquid oil, condensed water and impurities in the air. For special applications, the 5µm filter element can easily replace the 40µm standard filter element. Even if the input pressure and compressed air consumption of the system fluctuations, the pressure reducing valve can also keep the working pressure of its set stability. The oil mist device can evenly spray mist into the filtered air. The amount of oil mist is proportional to the air flow, and the oil can be added without stopping the air. The amount of oil can be adjusted by adjusting the screw. Usually, 1-12 drops per 1000L of air are enough.
