1. Open the newly purchased limit switch packaging and organize all the parts.
2. Open the limit switch body, loosen the screws, and pry open the metal baffle.
3. Insert the head of the right angled triangle, fix the position, and push the building block back to its original position.
4. Insert the slot into the bottom outlet, cover it, install the toothed baffle upwards on the right angled head, and then install the rod.
5. According to the needs of the equipment or machine, select the appropriate position, fix the limit switch, adjust the angle, and connect the wires.
6. Ensure that the limit switch is securely fastened to the mounting plate and mechanical equipment, and regularly inspect to avoid poor contact.
7. Determine the specific positions of the upper and lower limits based on the design parameters and working requirements of the electric cylinder, select suitable magnetic sensors, and fix them in the corresponding slots on the outer wall of the electric cylinder.
8. Install the limit switch on the printed part, thread the wiring through the bottom of the main control board, align it with the screw post of the motherboard, and connect it to the interface of the main control board.
